We had our pool pump give a keypad error and then finally the screen went out. We were already battling some algae and timing was awful. I looked online for solutions, and because of the age of our pump there was not an economical replacement, we were looking at having to buy a new pump. Daryl provided us with an estimate on our repair and after us asking him tons and tons of questions, we settled on a pump and he came out to do the install. When he was here, he found that the existing pump had some wiring issues and he was able to correct that and get the old pump running. He could have just replaced the pump and we would have been Non the wiser, but he has integrity and let us know that we didn’t need to actually replace our pump and he was able to fix our existing pump if that’s what we wanted to do. He saved us quite a bit of money with a repair instead of a replacement. While he was repairing the pump he even rotated the keypad so that it was facing the right way, something that didn’t have to be done but it was the right way to do it. I highly recommend Neptune Pools, when we do end up needing more of a major service we will definitely be giving our business to Neptune!

I have had nothing shy of superior customer service since having found Neptune Pool Service and Daryl. I maintain my own pool but Daryl is always available to walk you thru your system, explain concerns and why they matter in the long run, and is SUPER quick in repairing anything needing repair. Daryl is absolutely amazing!! We’ve had several pool service companies over the years and they’ve always used too many chemicals to mask a problem, and there were issues with consistency and being offered unnecessary services. Then we found Neptune Pools and all of those concerns vanished. Daryl has always shown up at the same time on the same day each week. He is very reliable, honest, fair, hard-working, and our pool looks amazing. He is by far the BEST pool person we’ve ever had in all the years of owning a pool. Don’t even look anywhere else. Darryl is a great guy and did an exceptional job. Called due to pool pump and saltwater leaking. Darryl explained what was happening with the pump that had to be replaced. He was outside in 113 degree direct sunlight to swap out the pump and remove non-operational saltwater setup. Darryl went above and beyond. He painted the exposed piping so they wouldn't get as hot, and found braided wiring from the original install that was not up to current code and replaced and rewired, all under the original quote. Highly recommend Darryl.

Had a pretty big issue come up with our pool. Just couldn't keep it clean, and the filter/pump wasn't working as before. Darryl was quick to respond and made himself available to come out within a couple days. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to replace my cartridges the same day at a very reasonable price. It was a time sensitive issue, and we are back up and running ready for pool season! Neptune is THE BEST! I initially had reached out last year regarding some pool pump issues, I was advised that all new pools have a three year pump warranty by AZ law. Saved me hundreds by going back to get my pump replaced under warranty. With this experience in my pocked I reached out again this year for a pool drain and to blast off the hard water line. Neptune Pools continues to be my go to company when I need help with my pool. He has rescued my pool several times and treats my pool like it's his own. Plus I don't feel like he gouges me on price or gives me a hard sell on things. More details follow if you want them. My pool is 15 yrs old now, 12,000 gallon, salt cell with cartidge filters, so starting to need more repairs. I was losing prime in the pump so I knew there had to be a crack or leak somewhere. Daryl came out and instantly identified several spots on the filter that were just slightly leaking, barely enough to notice. but enough to lose the seal. My aerator knob had broken too and I asked him if he could replace it. Took him no time at all. He performed an expert repair and even put a treatment on the piping to preserve them and help with sun damage, and all for a reasonable price. 100% satisfied.

Excellent service! Our pool water heater was not functioning and Daryl went above and beyond to get it fixed on the same day. We had recently moved into our home and Daryl took the time to explain how to properly care for our pool and how our systems worked. We had tried 3 other companies before to help us with our pool but now I am very happy to have found someone we can trust.
